I generally take a behavioral approach to therapy where we will focus on addressing thought patterns and behavior collaboratively. My approach will vary though, depending on the needs of the individual.

I have found my approach works best with teens and adults dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or everyday challenges.

I believe that each session is an opportunity for growth and developing a greater sense of self by looking at our thought patterns and behaviors. It is important to set goals and assess them each time we meet. I also believe it is important to take an open and honest approach to our work together.
