The types of clients I typically work with are those who may experience high stress or anxiety in their lives. I also work with those who are goal-oriented and intentional about what they would like to achieve in therapy.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning you drive the session while I guide and navigate. My approaches include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and holistic practices to explore the subconscious.

My communication style

I believe my communication style is warm, friendly, and inviting. I often hear time and time again that people are surprised that they share so much with me so fast. I take this as my effect of creating a safe space and being an engaged listener.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for healing and self-realization led me to a career as a therapist. I am a natural healer; someone who has trusted in my spiritual abilities. I implement and live out the things I share with others. Seeing people heal, move towards their full potential and purpose, and break away from negative constructs drives me to do this work.

My goals for you

Once you establish the goal you would like to achieve, I see it as my job to be an accountability partner. I approach goals by creating specific tasks that would be seen as 'homework' in your life that you apply in between our sessions.
