My focus
I work with individuals facing relationship issues, anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, and mood disorders, as well as those in the LGBTQ community. Together, we'll focus on understanding and managing your emotions, building healthy coping skills, healing from past wounds, and strengthening your sense of self.
My approach
My approach is client-centered and integrative, tailoring evidence-based techniques to your unique needs. This may include CBT to shift unhelpful thought patterns, mindfulness for present-moment awareness and self-compassion, ACT to accept difficult feelings while committing to values, and interpersonal psychotherapy to improve relationships.
