Hi there, I'm Kelly!

Taking the first step toward healing can feel tough, but together we'll make it a hopeful and empowering journey. I'm here to support you through whatever challenges life is bringing your way. We'll work side by side to create a safe, welcoming space where your goals guide the way and real growth can happen.

My focus

Life can throw a lot at us, and sometimes it feels like keeping it all together is a full-time job. I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, mood disorders, and those in the LGBTQ community.

My approach

My approach to therapy is client-centered and integrative, meaning I tailor evidence-based techniques to fit your unique needs. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
