I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with various types of mental health diagnoses and needs. I have degrees and a license in Speech Therapy as well as Counseling. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress-related and relationship issues, among many others.

My ideal client has struggled with trying to make a change in their lives on their own and is now ready to seek a professional to walk alone with them in the journey toward healing, no matter how long they have been dealing with an issue or issues.
My approach
My approach to therapy includes identifying the problem or problems and creating a plan to solve them, known as solution-focused therapy. I have a passion for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, but I believe that one size does not fit all, so your plan will be individualized to you.
