Hi there, I'm Jackeline!

Hi, I'm Dr. Jackie. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I've been a therapist for five years and absolutely love what I do! I believe we are all in different seasons of life, experiencing glowing and growing challenges. I am here to provide education, guidance, and tools to help you accomplish the goal, whichever that may be for you. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Stress Management, increasing self-worth, incorporation of Meditation, Mind/Body Connection, Anxiety Reduction, empowerment, and work/life balance. If your past experiences or anxiety about the future affect how you face your day-to-day, then this is the best time to take stock and re-evaluate. Consider embracing a healthy relationship with yourself first. You will see how this new outlook will embrace and restore your perspective about not only your personal wellness goals but also your relationships and all the other areas of your life too!
