I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering a trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based approach to therapy. I help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions. My work is neurodivergent-affirming and grounded in compassion, safety, and curiosity.
