Hi there, I'm Sapphire!

I create a space where you can be your most authentic self. I build relationships of rapport and trust, allowing you to build confidence, work through struggles, dive into relationship dynamics, or explore your emotions. I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults, with a particular focus on neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ issues.

My focus

I work best with young adults and adults. I enjoy helping clients explore their neurodivergence and working to create individualized tools that will serve them as they navigate a neurotypical world. I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, ensuring they are met with a safe space to ask questions, explore emotions, and overcome difficulties.

My approach

I tailor my approach based on your individual needs and goals, most often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and a person-centered approach. I view therapy as a place where you can be met with unconditional positive regard and support while you learn the tools to build your own solutions and grow.
