My focus
Life can be challenging at times. I have experience working with multiple issues such as teen and adult substance abuse, ADHD, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, co-dependency, marriage conflict, and parent-child relational problems. I will work with you to identify what a life of fulfillment looks like for you and support you.
My approach
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is the main therapeutic technique I use in counseling that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve mental well-being. I also utilize motivational interviewing to resource one's strengths and drive for change. Together, we will address goals and strategies to reach them.
