Hi there, I'm Katherine!

I provide virtual therapy to adults throughout Texas. I help people navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges in a warm, supportive environment where you can feel renewed.

My focus

I work with adults who experience various difficulties, including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, anger, stress, body image, relational issues, communication, life transition/adjustment, grief/loss, burnout, work stress, self-esteem, family conflict, chronic pain, and military/veteran-related concerns.

I work from client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, relational-cultural, and solution-focused approaches. I tailor our treatment to meet your unique needs, helping you build awareness and strategies to manage concerns in your daily life.

My communication style

My communication style is genuine, warm, and compassionate, while also encouraging and motivating. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards growth and change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My life experiences, my personality, and my passions have always been leading me to a career as a psychologist. In this work, I have found a way to channel my enthusiasm for learning, a strong connection to people, and a powerful compassion for others into practice. I love being a psychologist and feel fortunate to be a part of my clients' journey.
