I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I provide a warm, culturally responsive space using CBT, person-centered, and trauma-informed care. I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity.

I primarily work with teens and young adults, including first-generation and Spanish-speaking clients. I commonly treat anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client. I integrate CBT, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to build insight, coping skills, and emotional regulation while creating a safe space for clients to feel seen and understood.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy through a deep desire to support others in feeling heard and understood. My work with teens has been especially meaningful, as I’ve seen the impact of providing a safe space during vulnerable stages of growth.

My goals for you

My passion for this work grew from seeing how powerful it is when someone feels truly seen. Supporting teens through emotional pain and helping them find healthier ways to cope continues to drive my commitment to this field.

I became a therapist to create a space where people feel safe, valued, and empowered. Watching clients build trust, open up, and move toward healing is what motivates me to continue doing this work every day.
