My journey to mental healthcare

Having over ten years of healthcare experience, and have established an independent private counseling practice. I started as a psychiatric technician and now combine clinical care across diverse populations using multiple counseling modalities like CBT, Client-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and expressive arts to deliver excellent care.

My goals for you

Match therapeutic interventions to the client’s specific needs—utilizing CBT to restructure unhelpful thought patterns, Client-Centered Therapy to build self-awareness, and Play Therapy or expressive arts or creative, developmentally appropriate exploration to help clients bridge the gap between sessions and real life.

Our first session

It will be collaborative so, before the session concludes, initial insights are synthesized to co-create an individualized, goal-oriented treatment plan. This plan maps out actionable steps tailored specifically to the client's needs, incorporating the therapeutic modalities best suited for your journey forward.
