Having worked in different settings, hospitals, rehab centers, clinics, and schools, I am flexible to work with people of all ages and different concerns. Since I grew up outside the USA, I have multi-cultural competence and exposure to multiple cultures and ways of life, which has definitely enriched my therapeutic approach and perspective.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is individualized and flexible, changing as your needs evolve. I use different techniques based on what we're working through, mainly drawing from cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and psychodynamic approaches, often mixing in other methods as well.
