Hi there, I'm Kate!

I am an LCSW with a deep belief in the power of attunement and shared joy. My recent work with clients has focused on learning how to care for ourselves while also caring for those we love. The balance can be really tricky, and therapy can be a time to understand and work it out. I believe your story and struggles deserve space.

My focus

Currently, I work with many women who are navigating major life transitions, stressful relationships, compassion fatigue, and imposter syndrome. We hold space for our vast experiences and work powerfully toward the ease-filled lives we envision.

My approach

I see therapy as a place for honesty, curiosity, and a little bit of courage. I show up with a calm outside perspective—listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and gently cheering you on as you work through what feels stuck.

My communication style

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to process their feelings and work through places where they feel stuck. I believe in the power of intuition and will work with you to foster a thriving sense of self-trust and inner knowing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a social worker in the child welfare space and grew to love my work with individual clients. Here, I learned the impact of safe, trusting relationships. I believe that healing is possible for everyone and that healing takes place inside our relationships with each other.

Goal-setting is a collaborative and personalized process. We will work together to envision the life you want, identify achievable steps to get there, and set realistic expectations for the journey.
