I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and women's issues. My approach is client-focused, so I will tailor my interventions to your unique needs.

I am pleased to serve the Hispanic/Latinx community and run a multicultural practice. I am also a strong ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. Together, we will work towards conquering your anxiety, depression, trauma, self-doubt, chronic illness and pain, and life transitions.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you meet your goals. Together, we will challenge problematic thoughts and rewrite your story to help you become yourself again or for the first time.
