I work with people in various stages of life from childhood through retirement. My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting, women's issues, relationships, social skills, ADHD, and autism. I use an eclectic approach combining structured, goal-oriented therapy with techniques that develop insight.
