My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up in a large family, traveling the world and changing schools often. It was surprising how my siblings and I shared the same experience but processed it differently. I believe life is a beautiful journey that, if we connect the dots from past to present, helps us understand ourselves and others better.

My goals for you

Together with the client, we talk and discuss short-term goals and find the best ways to be successful.

Our first session

During our initial session, we cover confidentiality and its limitations as well as the therapeutic approach, goals, and the client's expectations and hopes.
