I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have been in practice for over 25 years. My approach is eclectic. We are all different people, and we all need different ways of processing our needs. Together, we decide what approach is best for you.

My approach is person-centered, allowing your past to be connected to the present. Connecting the dots from our childhood and growing years often helps us understand how we see the world and how the world sees us.

My communication style

I attempt to have a light, pleasant atmosphere and follow the energy that is present. Humor, mutual respect, and the language of time and space as it is needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up in a large family, traveling the world and changing schools often. It was surprising how my siblings and I shared the same experience but processed it differently. I believe life is a beautiful journey that, if we connect the dots from past to present, helps us understand ourselves and others better.
