My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to understanding human behavior and supporting others through growth. I've seen how powerful, safe, intentional conversations can be, and felt called to create that space for others.

I start by helping clients clarify what meaningful change looks like for them. Together, we identify patterns, barriers, and strengths. We maintain a supportive, nonjudgmental space that encourages light, skill-building, and accountability.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
