I work with individuals, children, couples, and families struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, parenting, and relationship issues. I specialize in helping trauma survivors and those navigating complex relational challenges find healing and connection.

My focus

I focus on trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder, men's issues including pornography and erectile dysfunction, depression, anxiety, addiction, anger management, ADHD, and low self-esteem.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I primarily draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you move toward meaningful change.

Our first session

In our first session, I'll explain informed consent and answer your questions. There's no pressure to open up completely. I'll ask questions to understand your story, and we'll discuss your presenting problems and how they affect your life. We'll close by discussing your goals and scheduling follow-up sessions.
