With over 18 years working with At-Risk Teens/Adolescents and 5 years as a Therapist, I have created a multidisciplinary intervention and treatment process that specializes in teen/adolescent behavioral health. Iam energetic, unbiased, and truly care about the well being of my clients and their families. I am considered an accountability therapist

My focus

Therapy does not mean “Failure”. However, it is a way to help clients overcome their problems safely, effectively, and become a better version of themselves. I am looking for individuals serious and ready to find solutions to their issues and hold themselves accountable to higher standards.

My approach

One thing we all can agree on is the person you will always live with is yourself. Invest in yourself: We must make ourselves the person you consciously choose to become. I am a trained professional uniquely educated to help you better understand your learned behaviors, attitudes, and feelings and to help you to consciously decide the correct path
