My style is calm, direct, and collaborative. I create a space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself. We’ll name what’s happening, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build self-trust along the way.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to offer the support I didn’t always receive, care that respects identity, experience, and inner strength. I hold an MSW from the University of Houston and am licensed to practice in Texas.
