Hi there, I'm Kari!

I have been working in counseling since 2000. I provide individual and family therapy to those having difficulty with depression, anxiety, autism, anger, ADHD/ADD, trauma, parenting, and relationship and family issues.

My focus

My area of specialization includes working with children and adolescents on coping with everyday challenges they may be experiencing that are affecting their behavior in school and home settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, teaching coping skills, anger management, communication, anxiety, and depression.
