I specialize in helping people heal from difficult things and move forward from their past experiences. Fluent in Spanish and bi-cultural, I bring a deep understanding of multicultural issues into my practice.
My focus
I enjoy helping people to feel better! I work with clients with PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I am very comfortable assisting people to feel better from difficult situations, whether it is an assault, an abusive relationship, or childhood abuse that occurred long ago.
My approach
I use a strengths-based and humanistic approach, incorporating EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to address Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD. I also work from a feminist perspective, believing in the power of open, meaningful conversations to foster healing and personal growth.
