I work with adult women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than they can manage on their own. I bring years of experience from private practice and a Level 1 Trauma Center, supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging moments.
My focus
I have experience supporting individuals through anxiety and stress, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I see therapy as a collaborative approach where we work together to understand what's getting in your way and what you want to change. You don't have to have everything figured out to start, just a willingness to show up.

As a mother of 5 and a grandmother, I understand how complex and demanding life can be. My approach is warm and collaborative and blends CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help you gain clarity, develop practical tools, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
