Oftentimes, there are a multitude of complexities causing stress in our lives, such as relationship issues, family dynamics, employment issues, traumatic experiences, or a lack of healthy coping strategies. I truly enjoy helping my clients identify goals and take steps toward alleviating their stressors and improving their overall quality of life.
My approach
I believe in an integrative approach to therapy, which means focusing on the whole person rather than one problematic behavior, which is most often only a symptom of underlying issues. In order to most effectively address your emotional or mental well-being, we must also address your physical, biological, social, and psychological functioning.
