Many are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. I also support those who want to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping skills.
My approach
I draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, and my work is informed by IFS. I often incorporate mindfulness practices and help you explore the connection between mind and body in healing.
