I am dedicated to guiding individuals through their journey towards mental and emotional well-being. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, addiction, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, and interpersonal and relationship challenges.

My approach

I use an integrative approach to therapy based on my client's needs. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed and Client-Centered therapies.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was attracted to counseling after working with abused children during my undergraduate internship. My experience left me wondering how they move forward, and I wanted to be part of the healing process. What drives me is knowing the difference it makes when someone is in your corner to support, guide, and encourage you.

During our first session, we will get to know one another. I'll ask questions to gain an understanding of what you need and how I can best assist you. I empower and encourage you to also ask me questions, to ensure I am the best therapist for you.
