I take a Person-Centered, Strengths-Based approach. I am trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Techniques, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
