My journey to mental healthcare

I experienced several traumas growing up, which led me to this path. I've always been drawn to helping others. What drives me is seeing individuals succeed with the tools they've been given and live life to their fullest potential.

In our first session, I want to get to know you. We'll discuss the challenges you're dealing with and start developing goals for therapy. At the end of the session and moving forward, I like to check in for feedback to ensure we're a good fit. I want you to feel comfortable, safe, heard, and understood.
