Hi there, I'm Sherene!

l look forward to working with you to integrate optimal interventions to immediately improve how you are feeling and also to assist you in creating the life you want to be living. I am able to craft highly effective therapeutic strategies to assist in eliminating anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and OCD.

My focus

I work with adults, adolescents, and children aged 6 and above facing a variety of challenges. I understand today's life can be complex, and I bring a gentle, non-judgmental approach. I enjoy working with clients of various backgrounds and appreciate the variety of challenges each person brings.

My approach

I always craft an effective, evidence-based treatment plan to effectively eliminate the symptoms you are experiencing. Some modalities I use are CBT/Trauma Focused CBT, DBT and Radically Open DBT/RO-DBT, ACT and Trauma Focused ACT, EMDR, EFT/Emotion Focused Therapy, Mentalization, and Gottman for marriage counseling and communication strategies.
