I work with teens, adults, and seniors. I have worked with addictions, body image, sexuality, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, couples, LGBTQ+ community, life transitions, grief work, and midlife crisis.
My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, experiential techniques, and somatic experiencing in my practice. I am trauma informed, and very excited about the profound breakthroughs in trauma therapy that have occurred in recent years.
