I like to help my clients become the best version of themselves. I believe in optimism and looking ahead.

My focus

I like to help so I am very open minded. I like to primarily work with individuals and couples. I also work with clients with low self esteem, depression, life problems and sexual addiction. I am your number one advocate and will stand by you.

My approach

I use solution focused therapy in the sessions. SFT is about the client being the expert in their lives. Let's use that expertise to make everything better.

My communication style

We will have a very relaxed session. I will listen to you and give feedback as requested. I will ask your permission and be gentle if the feedback needs to be straightforward.

My journey to mental healthcare

I studied political science in school, but it did not attract me. I liked helping others, and this profession kind of just grew in me. I think a lot of help can be done in therapy.

Well, we will make the goals simple and attainable so we don't set ourselves up for failure. Let's work on two goals at a time OK?
