My communication style is warm, direct, and honest. I create a space where you can speak openly without judgment, while also offering thoughtful feedback and gentle challenge when needed. I value authenticity, collaboration, and making sure you feel heard and understood.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began working in mental health in 2021, fascinated by human behavior and its impact on relationships. I first pursued my LPC, then developed a passion for addiction work through DUI groups and the Sex Offender Management Board. Seeing the importance of the family system led me to pursue my LMFT.

My goals for you

I help clients identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic to them, then work collaboratively to create a plan for reaching them. I provide support, accountability, and honest feedback while respecting your autonomy. We’ll regularly assess progress and adjust our approach as your needs evolve.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, collaborative relationship. I’ll be curious about what brought you to therapy at this stage in your life, what you hope to gain from therapy, and the goals that feel most meaningful to you.
