I create a relaxed, humor-filled environment where you can show up authentically and feel safe being vulnerable. My style is kind and compassionate, but I'll also have clear, empathetic conversations when behaviors become unhealthy or self-sabotaging.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to better understand and manage my own intense emotions. Once I learned to help myself, I wanted to share those tools with others. Every client I work with is an opportunity to make the world more peaceful.

I believe in honesty and full transparency so there are no surprises. I'll educate you about the therapeutic process and set realistic expectations. Therapy requires work in building self-awareness and taking actionable steps toward a healthy mind and lifestyle.
