I approach therapy through a systemic perspective and want to assist everyone in finding their true happiness.

My focus

I help people discover their authenticity and how to live being their true selves. I treat a range of issues from anxiety, depression, couple and teen-parent conflict, women's issues, eating disorders, and identity-finding.

I use a systemic perspective and most commonly use CBT and EFT with a client-centered approach.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started working in treatment centers and saw the hurt that comes from not being accepted or authentic. I wanted to help people discover who they are and be proud of it.
