I have an eclectic and person-centered approach to therapy to best suit your personal needs! I have experience treating dual-diagnosis, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, anxiety disorders, and psychotic disorders.

My focus

My experience as a therapist has led me to work with dual-diagnosis, LGBTQ+ folks, faith transitions/crises, court-ordered clients, and folks with neurodivergent disorders. I currently work heavily with folks who have experienced or are currently experiencing complex trauma, experience chronic suicidal ideation, and/or personality disorders.

My approach

I have an eclectic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to therapy to best suit your personal needs! I derive my approach from CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, and solution-focused therapy. I am able to provide cognitive processing therapy.
