Hi there, I'm Renee!

I'm an experienced therapist offering meaningful, high-quality therapy that is more accessible wherever you are. Whether you're at home, on your lunch break, or anywhere in between, our work together happens in a space that's comfortable and convenient for you.

My focus

I specialize in working through relationship issues, past and present, with individuals, both single and coupled, such as toxic and abusive relationships, loneliness, attachment style struggles, sexual issues, and everything in between. I also enjoy working with couples and teenagers, and individuals struggling with depression and anxiety.

My approach

I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based models of treatment, including Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am also fully EMDR trained.
