I entered this field through my own experiences with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, codependency, and attachment issues. I help others understand their struggles, feel validated, and realize they're not alone in finding their true, authentic self.

I work with individuals, couples, and youth struggling with addiction, codependency, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.

My approach

Everyone has parts they've had to suppress for self-preservation. This suppression creates negative core beliefs that shape how you see yourself and the world. I use a variety of approaches to help you tap into stuck parts and provide compassionate guidance to validate and heal them.

My communication style

I cultivate a supportive, empathetic, validating environment where you feel comfortable exploring feelings and behaviors. We dig into childhood and past experiences while learning techniques to handle difficult situations.

Through my own experiences, I learned about my limiting beliefs and where they came from. I want to help you identify your own rooted beliefs and behaviors so you can move toward healing and authenticity.
