My name is Allison, and I am an LCMHC located in Utah! I'm passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing grief and loss, navigating trauma, or struggling with depression and anxiety.

In our work together, my goal is to be intentional about highlighting your individual strengths and helping you connect with your values so that you can feel empowered to build the life you want. Wholeheartedly believe that developing self-trust and gaining personal insight is essential to leading a fulfilling life.
My approach
In practice, I take an eclectic approach and use modalities tailored to the individual. I often use ACT, DBT, and CBT. I also love doing Dreamwork and Analytical Psychology. I am also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and integration. It is important to me that I collaborate with each client to find the most helpful approach to therapy.
