My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began as a registered nurse working in inpatient psychiatry, where I saw the profound impact mental health care can have on a person’s life. Those experiences inspired me to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner so I could provide more comprehensive, personalized care and help people achieve lasting wellness.

I help clients identify meaningful, realistic goals and create a personalized treatment plan to achieve them. Through evidence-based care, medication management when appropriate, and practical coping strategies, we track progress together, address challenges, and make adjustments along the way to support lasting improvement.

During our first session, we’ll discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. I’ll take time to understand your unique situation, answer your questions, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan so you leave with a clear path forward.
