I work with women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, and difficulty with confidence and assertiveness. Many of my clients have experienced relational trauma, emotional neglect, or childhood wounds that continue to impact their sense of self.

I provide a warm, collaborative environment tailored to your needs, integrating EMDR, EFT, DBT, and IFS to address trauma, emotional regulation, and personal empowerment. I use evidence-based models to meet you where you are and challenge you to step into growth, confidence, and self-trust.
