My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to be a therapist since I was a young child. My parents inspired me to be of service to others through their own lives and careers.

My goals for you

We will discuss goals for treatment from the beginning of treatment and throughout the process. I find that initial goals often require refinement during the treatment process.

Our first session

Our first session will be primarily an information-gathering meeting. My questions will help me get to know you and understand your concerns. You will also have the opportunity to ask me questions about my professional background.
