Hi there, I'm Adam!
I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained under a Psychiatrist who also practiced law for 2 years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. I practice from a faith-based perspective and meet people where they are.
My focus
I've most often worked with men. I focus on helping others become their own therapist. I help others not need me by managing their minds and emotions. I won't tell you everything you want to hear, but I will be there no matter what. For most, this is your flying lesson, learning to love and like yourself for the first time.
My approach
I was a patient who became a provider and have experienced PTSD, depression, and OCD. I have been where most patients have been and am on the other side, which gives hope that my story of Overcoming can be yours. I utilize whatever techniques and tools are useful to help you walk in freedom, not fear.
