My communication style

I am always going to try to be as gentle as possible, but I won't beat around the bush. I want you to have all the information relative to a given situation or treatment or therapeutic goal so that you can make the best decision for yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider is deeply personal. I never had good therapists and life would become unbearable at times. Through my experiences, I resolved to change the narrative in other people's lives. I hope that I can bring a sense of humility, gentleness, and resolve to other's lives within the realm of our therapeutic work.

My goals for you

To help clients reach their goals we will learn how to tap into the greatness and beauty that is already inside of you. This, teamed up with practical skills will be the driving force for change as you learn to live a life of meaning.

Our first session

I'll want to get to know you a little bit and will be able to any questions that you have for me. I want us to start off our work together as a cohesive unit rather than 2 parts. Outside of that it will be a pretty typical psychological interview. I'll take a few measurements, create some hypotheses, and share with you what I think if you want.
