My focus
I work with survivors and aggressors of intimate partner violence, trauma, and abuse. I have experience with substance use, behavioral addictions, psychosis, mood disorders, depression, and anxiety. I enjoy working with couples, adults, and teens. I'm gender affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
My approach
We start by building trust and safety—stepping into the shallow end before jumping into the deep end. We'll understand the roots of your struggles and identify unhelpful cycles. As we go deeper, we'll process and explore how to break harmful patterns and practice more effective ways of functioning.
