I am originally from Chile and moved to California around 2007. I enjoy being multi-cultural and connecting with people through what makes them different. I work with individuals, couples, and groups using a holistic approach based on what is being called for. I conduct therapy in English and Spanish.
My focus
Most of my experience is with individuals from different backgrounds going through depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger management, co-dependency, reunification between parents and children, among others. I specialize in Domestic Violence and Sexual assault.
My approach
I have training in Depth, Somatic, and CBT approaches. Additionally, I studied Bach Flower remedies to complement therapy if interested. I have furthered my studies in relation to trauma, drug and alcohol, and Domestic Violence.
