I use a clear and open communication style to create a therapeutic, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences while being empathetic. I am calm and patient and will listen and collaborate with you to form a plan.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental health provider stems from my love of helping people. Working as a nurse in both medical and mental health fields propelled my love for mental health wellness. I wanted to give more of my time, in my own space, to my clients, to help them navigate their care in a therapeutic environment.

My goals for you

Mental health care is a partnership. We’ll identify and set goals that matter to you. whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights.

Our first session

As my client, expect your visit to be professional and trusting with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and the reason for seeking mental health care. We would go from there, and we’ll continue to build our work together over time.
