Hi there, I'm Laura!

Just like a song, every person I work with has a different tune, melody, and rhythm. I strive to make sure each person has a chance to express and explore their personal song that creates who they want to be.

My focus

I most commonly work with anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship problems, and women's issues. Anxiety can present in many forms, but overall it's uncomfortable and scary. My job is to educate clients on identifying thinking patterns and gaining coping skills.

My approach

I approach therapy with a calm, open mind, making sure each person has a chance to express their story. I enjoy creatively collaborating with my patients to work with what is best for them to create a better life experience. I support the LGBTQ community and social justice advocacy for BIPOC communities.
