My goal is to help you navigate in a way that you feel is suitable for you to help you walk your own path!

My journey to mental healthcare

I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1998 and earned a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling, focused on Multicultural Counseling, in 2002 at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. experienced in a variety of mental health settings, including outpatient, inpatient, emergency services, and psychiatric research.

In our first session, I'll take time to understand your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. We'll discuss your needs and begin building a collaborative relationship where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
